Indium Lakeforest is a unique mixed-use development located off Mysore Road. We took a complete re-look of the entire marketing effort and reduced the spends down to the three most efficient mediums and stopped spends on all others. Our analytics gave us the insights on focussing the marketing efforts on very precise geographies and target groups.
We also worked very hard to understood what is it about the project that convinced buyers. Ultimately, our combined efforts of the message, medium and delivery yielded in bringing down marketing costs substantially even as we ensured that the visits to the site and of course sales increased. This project was a good example of using digital to its greets potential both in terms of reaching the right people and also in telling a complex story effectively.
